This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days of the date the equipment covered hereunder is purchased.
The equipment registered below is warranted to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 additional years after expiration of manufacturer's warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly.
In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty#, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 with a check for $10.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost subject for overseas shipping to be determined) or Call (973) 467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside of N.J) for a U.P.S. Call Tag.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes all warranted parts and labor.) Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been, misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact, physically broken parts or or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This limited warranty is transferable for a $15.00 administrative fee.
This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover accessory flashes, LCD's (covered for manufacturer defects) accessory lens, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, and additional accessories or other expenses or consequential damages.
