Sony DVDirect Express Multi-Function DVD Recorder

Easily record both digital photos and videos to DVD with this DVDirect Express multi-function DVD recorder and play them back on most home DVD players. Choose what to record. The VRD-P1 lets you choose to either record all the video from your Handycam camcorder to DVD, or only the video captured since the last DVD burn. And because the unit is bus powered, there is no need for an AC power adapter.

The VRD-P1 is compatible with the following Handycam camcorders: DCR-SR47, DCR-SR67, DCR-SR87, DCR-SX40, DCR-SX41 and DCR-SX60.

• Recorded DVDs are playable on most home DVD players
• The VRD-P1 can serve as more than just a DVD recorder, it can be a DVD player as well. The unit doubles as a DVD player to play the DVD you just created when connected to a TV via the Handycam camcorder
