Sigma's 12-24mm F4.5-5.6 EX DG lens offers a wide 122° angle of view on full framed cameras. It is ideal for shooting indoors as well as landscape photography. Incorporated in the lens are four Special Low Dispersion (SLD) glass elements which compensate for color abberation. While, two molded glass aspherical lens elements offer correction for linear distortion as well as all types of abberation. The lens is also equipped with a Hyper Sonic Motor(HSM)for even faster autofocus. If manual focusing is desired, simply turning the focusing ring overrides the AF. The internal focusing system provides high performance with a non-rotating lens barrel and a fixed Petal-type hood.
