This is a “slick” tripod that lives up to its name. Made of Slik-AMT Tri-Titanium alloy, the Pro 700DX offers both lightweight portability and heavy-duty support for cameras up to 15 lbs., including medium format SLR's and lightweight field 4x5's. Its 3-section legs feature quick-release locks for rapid setups. Also, for your convenience, a quick-release mounting plate permits fast camera mounting and removal. Individual, three-position leg angle locks permit easy adjustments for uneven terrain or for low angle camera use. A lift-and-lock center column features an oversized locking collar and separate locking knob for fast secure setups. The 3-way pan head has separate locking controls for pan and tilt movements. Maximum extension is 74.8", minimum extension is 24.4", folded length is 29.9" and the weight is just 7 lbs.
