Schneider USB Adapter Kit

Schneider's Universal USB Shutter Controller provides complete remote shutter control for lenses mounted in our Electronic Shutters. Photographers can now easily set aperture and shutter speed, open the lens, stop down the lens and trigger the shutter, all through the unit's intuitive software interface which is designed to integrate seamlessly with all digital backs. The kit comes complete and ready for operation with a generic sync cable to connect to a digital back, a shutter trigger cable, a 5 meter USB cable to connect to your laptop or desktop computer and software to run the unit on either Mac or PC.

The USB Interface allows controlling the Schneider Electronic-Shutter system directly from the PC (Win 2000/XP) or MacIntosh (OS X) with his own software parallel to the capture software of the back manufacturer. For the use of all digital backs which can be synchronized by the flash sync socket.

While the controller is powered by the USB cable via a USB port an optional AC power supply cord provides power to the unit directly when it's being used with a laptop running on battery power.

The trigger cable is provided for situations in which the user is required to be near the camera, rather than at the computer, when releasing the shutter.
