The Octalight uses an inner silver coating as well as double diffusers to produce a very even light, with very small differences between the center and the corners of the box. By removing both diffusers the Octalight turns into a large reflector, creating sparkling highlights and smooth shadows.
This softbox will fit all Profoto lamp heads as well as virtually any other manufacturer’s lamp heads (speedring required for use with non-Profoto heads).
