The 5DL is the best Umbrella Reflector. Its compact 5" diameter makes it great for location work, and the 130-degree coverage is good for lighting backgrounds. The 5DL-RP includes an RP-1 Diffusion Dome which softens the light and integrates the flashtube and modeling lamp for accurate previewing.
The Norman RP-1 Removable Diffusion Dome is used to improve the modeling lamp accuracy of your lamphead and soften the light quality. The frosted glass dome causes the flash tube and modeling lamp to radiate light from the same optical axis. Recommended when using grids to more accurately visualize the light pattern.
