• Every bit of metal used in the construction of the racks is high-grade stainless steel or Titanium (even the springs and washers). This means you won't have the corrosion problems associated with other roller-transport processors.
• The pickup rollers are designed with a soft chemical-resistant rubber to gently move the print from tank to tank.
• The processing rollers are a high-grade carbon-composite type that don't scratch or get pock marks — even if the processor is poorly maintained.
• The electrical components are attached to the top of the processors so even if something springs a leak (don't lose any sleep worrying about this), the delicate circuit boards stand a better chance of surviving.
• The temperature of the developer baths are maintained to within +/- 0.1 deg C.
• The chemical delivery wands are designed to evenly cover the surface of the print for optimal processing.
