The Epson Stylus Pro 4880 Portrait Edition is a 17” wide printer that produces archival prints with amazing color accuracy, gloss level, and scratch resistance while providing consistently stable colors. With its three-level black ink technology, the 4880 creates neutral and toned black and white prints with high density levels and virtually no metamerism or bronzing. Coupled with the ExpressDigital Darkroom Core Edition, customized for Epson, this professional system allows you to spend more time concentrating on your craft and less time wrestling with delivery dates, lab fees, and cash flow issues.

The MicroPiezo AMC print head gives the printer a high level of ink droplet accuracy, while an ink repelling coating technology dramatically reduces nozzle clogging. Combined with Epson AccuPhoto HD screening technology, the MicroPiezo AMC print head produces a resolution of 2880 x 1440.

Handling roll and cut-sheet media up to 17" wide, the Epson Stylus Pro 4880 has a high-capacity paper tray that will hold up to 17 x 22" cut-sheet media. The printer has four different loading options which include a front-loading straight through path that handles media up to 1.5mm thick.
