Online Application Limitations
Please note that for state regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept online credit applications from residents of Maryland, Puerto Rico and Wisconsin. (The Calumet Credit Card is available to U.S. residents only.)

If you are in a state that does not permit online applications, or you do not want to submit your application online, you may complete and print the credit application and mail, fax or deliver it to the nearest Calumet store for processing.

With the exception of Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving or Christmas day, we accept applications online during the following days and hours:

Monday–Saturday—7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT
Sunday—10 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT

The Calumet Credit Card is available for individual accounts only at this time, not business accounts.

Please Note: When using your Calumet Credit Card online, your shipping address must match the billing address associated with your card.

* No finance charges are assessed on your purchase amount if you pay this amount in full by the payment due date, as shown on the third monthly billing statement after the purchase date. If you do not pay in full, finance charges will be assessed on the purchase amount from the date of purchase and promotional terms may be terminated. Variable APR is 22.98% as of February 1, 2007. Fixed APR of 24.75% applies if payment is more than 30 days late. Minimum finance charge is one dollar.
