The Gossen 3F color temperature meter analyzes the prevailing lighting situation with flash and continuous light, at the push of a single button. The color temperature is measured and the corresponding filters in Light Balancing and CC values are displayed. The settings and readings automatically appear on the display.
The different sources of light, be it daylight or artificial light (incandescent lamp, halogen. fluorescent tubes, etc.), are measured with great accuracy to analyze the finest differences in shade and color temperature.
The meter is also ideally suited for studio flashes. Thus, color temperature of the different flashguns and reflectors are measured perfectly and corrected for with proper filtration.
Flash synch speeds between 1/500 sec. and 1/2 sec. can be pre selected. The Gossen 3F Color Temperature Meter will give direct readings of Light Balancing filters in mired values and Kodak color compensating and color conversion filter values.
