- Wide Screen Format - with a 16:10 aspect ratio this monitor offers more horizontal viewing space than conventional monitors.
- 3000:1 Contrast Ratio with ContrastEnhancer - in dark images, it decreases luminance of the backlight to eliminate oversaturated whites and then raises gain levels to restore brightness, while in bright images it corrects the gamma levels by decreasing luminance in low grayscale tones.
- Sharper Images with OutlineEnhancer - sharpens images and offers seven levels of adjustment to give still and moving images a degree of sharpness that otherwise would not be visible. Since filtering is performed by the monitor rather than by software on the PC side, the filtering is done in real time and therefore works on moving as well as still images.
- 8 ms Midtone Response Time - the included overdrive circuit vastly improves the LCD panel's response time for changing between midtones or gray levels, which is necessary to display color images without blurring.
- ArcSwing 2 Stand - this EIZO-developed stand provides an arc-shaped range of movement so the screen can be positioned up high near eye level or lowered at an angle akin to reading a book for a more natural viewing posture.
- USB 2.0 Hub - one upstream, two downstream hub facilitates high speed (480 MB/s) connections with other USB peripherals.
