What If I'm Currently a Cardholder?
Sign in to our U.S. website and start shopping online, or use your Calumet Credit Card at any one of our U.S. store locations. Your card must be present when shopping in our store locations.

What If I Haven't Received My Card Yet?
Apply securely online and, upon approval, you can use your Calumet Credit Card on our U.S. website immediately! Once you get your card in the mail, use it to shop at any of our U.S. store locations.

What Are the Limitations of Online Application?
Please note that for state regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept online credit applications from residents of Maryland, Puerto Rico and Wisconsin. (The Calumet Credit Card is available to U.S. residents only.)

If you are in a state that does not permit online applications, or you do not want to submit your application online, you may complete and print the credit application and mail, fax or deliver it to the nearest Calumet store for processing.

With the exception of Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving or Christmas day, we accept applications online during the following days and hours:

Monday–Saturday—7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT
Sunday—10 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT

The Calumet Credit Card is available for individual accounts only at this time, not business accounts.
