The QUADX flash head is a fan-cooled unit featuring a single, clear flash tube mounted beneath a UV-balanced Pyrex dome. The tube will handle up to 3000w/s of power and has a three-electrode design that delivers the fastest possible flash duration. It will also handle modeling lamps up to 650w. The E-11 "candlabra" bulb features a screw type base instead of the traditional pins for greater durability.
