This is the black-and-white print developer that is so convenient, it's ready to use right from the bottle. "G" is poured directly into the tray, then any developer left over goes back into the bottle. Newly opened developer can be combined with leftover solution without inhibiting its effectiveness. "G" will develop at temperatures ranging from 65° to 100°F.
Gives snappy blacks on both RC and fiber-based papers and can be used to punch up contrast. One quart develops 200 to 250 8 x 10" prints. Unopened, "G" has a shelf life of five years and up to three months in a bottle kept closed after use.
