This complete video tripod kit comes with the 701RC2 mini video head, 055XWNB video tripod and carrying bag.
The 701RC2 is a small, lightweight, fluid video head capable of accommodating payloads up to 9lbs, and is ideal for setups such as a fully loaded Panasonic DVX100A, Sony PD170, and Canon GL2.
One of the most compact and lightweight 2-movement heads found on the market, the 701RC2 was designed principally to support the latest digital video equipment, including Mini DV and prosumer/professional grade DVCAMs. In addition, the 701RC2 is well-suited for still photography cameras with medium and long telephoto lenses.
The 701RC2 has a fixed length pan bar with a soft handle and separate locking mechanisms. It is also equipped with a sliding quick-release video plate system and a fixed counter-balance spring to perfectly position uneven loads.
Built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 055XPROB, but without the horizontal centre column feature, the 055XBK is lighter in weight and slightly more compact.
The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism and the quick action leg locks have also been greatly improved. The 055XBK comes with leg angle presets that allow the camera to reach all intermediate heights from minimum through maximum extension.
The MBAG80 is an unpadded tripod bag, slightly tapered to provide a better fit for your tripod with an attached head. The wider end of the bag accommodates the head without requiring all levers to be removed. The zipper extends down the length of the bag, but also fully opens the top end of the bag. The logo end cap is padded to offer protection to the tripod head, however the rest of the bag is unpadded. The MBAG80 doesn't have either an end or side handle, but shoulder strap is included
