This complete video tripod kit comes with the 501HDV Pro Video Head, 351MVB2K Lightweight Video Tripod, and MBAG90P carrying bag, mid level spreader, and feet.
Inside the 501HDV is a fixed counterbalance spring (set for a typical weight of camera plus accessories of 5.5lbs) that helps ensure both smoother tilt movements and greater equipment safety even when tilt locks are inadvertently left off. The easy-to-reach on/off switch allows the counterbalance system to be disengaged or re-engaged for different filming setups.
On the outside, the 501HDV has been designed for improved ergonomics with locks and knobs that allow a more solid grip and better fingertip control. The 501HDV also features separate pan and tilt locks, gradual tilt friction adjustment system, flat base (with standard 3/8" thread), quick release camera plate and repositionable pan bar.
The 351MVCF is a two stage carbon fibre video tripod equipped with a 75mm half bowl. The legs can adjust to two levels on their own or can be adjusted to any other angle with the included mid level spreader. The carbon fibre gives this tripod excellent torsion rigidity while keeping it lightweight.
