The 519 is a compact, yet heavy-duty fluid video head capable of accommodating a payload up to 22 lbs. It is unique in that it is the only video head on the market encompassing both interchangeable counter-balance springs and an adjustment knob. Combining both features allows you to easily interchange a vast array of cameras of various weights, as well as quickly fine tune the perfect balance point of whatever camera is being used - all with just one head.
The 519 comes with two springs: one for cameras in the 2-10 lb. range, and the other for cameras within the 11-22 lb. range. And, fluid drag is easily controlled with a large numbered knob for repeatable settings and reference. Drag can be adjusted from the highest possible setting to zero drag, allowing for the finest control through 360° pan and +91.5° to -90° tilt.
The first two-stage carbon fiber video tripod from Manfrotto, the 351MVCF is equipped with a 75mm half bowl, combines a twin leg design for the first stage and a single leg design for the second stage, and comes complete with double spiked feet.
The legs have two angles of adjustment; if they need to be adjusted to an angle of 180°, the tripod should be equipped with the 3189 mid-level spreader. These technical solutions create a tripod with unrivalled torsion rigidity and substantial weight saving.
