Rental Terms & Conditions

Deposit

A deposit for the full-replacement cost of the equipment is required unless other arrangements are made in advance.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Optima and Discover cards. Sorry, we cannot accept Visa or Mastercard check/debit cards or overseas credit cards drawn on non-USA banks. A valid driver’s license or, current passport is also required.

Rates

Weekly rates are three times the daily rate. Some digital gear will be billed out as a four day week. (A week is seven consecutive, 24-hour periods.) Monthly rates are four times the weekly rate. (A month is four consecutive week periods.) A weekend is charged as one day. Please see chart below for billing hours.

Cancellations

Failure to give 24-hour notification will result in one full rental day billed.

Damage & Loss Responsibility

Renters accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to rental equipment. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of adequate coverage for the full-replacement value of the equipment may be required prior to rental. Any damages to or loss of merchandise covered by this contract will be paid for by the renter. Such repairs or charges to be based on current list price.

Spare Lamp & Flash Tube Policy

Spare lamps or flash tubes are provided where needed. There will be a charge for missing or broken lamps or when lamps burn out excessively. We are constantly updating our inventory. If you don’t see what you are looking for in our rental catalog, please ask!
