Block is the basic stop bath used for all Sprint Systems processing, formulated with a fresh vanilla scent to minimize odors found with traditional stop bath products.

While Block is an acid solution, the ingredients are buffered to protect the print while thoroughly stopping development. This formulation allows for greater permanence as well as a reduction in emulsion swelling, staining and reticulation. Block also features a solution indicator that changes color (yellow when fresh, lavender when exhausted) when the solution needs to be replenished. 

One liter of Block Stop Bath concentrated solution will make 10 liters of working solution, enough to process 600 - 8x10 fiber prints, 900 -8x10 resin-coated prints or 600 rolls of 35mm, 36 exposure film
