This lens expands the HDV Handycam camcorder's optical range with the VCL-HG0872 wide angle lens. Featuring a 3 group and 4 element design with all aluminum and glass construction, it provides a superb wide angle zoom for stunning group and landscape shots.

The VCL-HG0872s high grade glass lens offers increased detail at the edge of an image for minimized distortion and increased optical clarity. The included hood helps protect the lens from damage while helping to eliminate errant light. A handy storage pouch and front and rear lens covers are included to protect the lens while off the camcorder.
