The ECM-673 is a short shotgun, electret condenser-type microphone, which delivers excellent sound performance in field and studio production applications at an affordable price. The K-CAM-SSM is designed for short shotgun microphones and attaches to the camera cold shoe. The microphone is held firmly in two specially formulated polymer mounts attached to precision machined aluminum arms, spaced 1 3/8"" apart. The mounts stretch to accommodate most shotgun mics 19-25mm in diameter.

The K-Tek Slip-On Fuzzy is an excellent wind protection system for exterior recording with shotgun microphones. K-Tek's unique design combines a traditional faux fur exterior that breaks up the wind with a tightly woven fabric backing.
