The Mack extended warranty must be purchased from Calumet within 30 days of the original equipment purchase date.

The TV is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty or company will repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days of the date the equipment hereunder is purchased.
