The Lastolite Joe McNally 24" Uplite Reflector Kit is very versatile and can be used as an adjustable bounce reflector to control light.

• This kit includes a 2 stop diffuser panel, which can be used to replace the top reflector panel to achieve a completely diffused shadow-free fill light
• To gain softer light, you can use the reflector first to bounce the light emitted from your flash gun and then bounce the light through the diffuser panel
  

The Joe McNally UpLite is similar to the standard Lastolite UpLite ''cool tone'' but also includes a 2 stop diffuser panel. Joe uses the standard UpLite configuration as an adjustable bounce reflector, however the additional diffuser panels turns the UpLite into an even more versatile product. Joe replaces the top reflector panel with the diffuser panel and then shoots one or more of his flash guns through the panel which gives him a fully controllable diffused fill light.
