The PDV-3e/Dx Professional Desktop Viewer uses the latest multi-voltage electronic ballasts with T8 Graphiclite lamps. The viewer's design has been enhanced to provide increased efficiency at a lower cost. It comes pre-assembled with a unique hinged design that allows quick and easy set up for viewing and equally fast fold-up for storage and/or transport. The PDV-3e/Dx also provides a dimming option and significantly greater viewing areas compared with the previous models.
The T8 Graphiclite 100 color viewing lamps, multi-voltage electronic ballast, and "holistic" reflector design deliver an uncompromising quality of light intensity, evenness of illumination, and color quality.
For visual color comparison between a color monitor and a print the PDV-3e/Dx has a dimming option. The light intensity of the viewer can be adjusted to match the brightness of the monitor. The Dx models have an additional lower illumination to achieve an even more consistent illumination of the viewing area for extremely critical applications.
Accessory side walls are included for tighter compliance to the D50 industry viewing standard.
