The Canon XF105 Professional Camcorder is a compact yet fully featured digital camcorder. You can use it with the Canon XF305 or XF300 cameras or as an individual camcorder.  Canon’s trademark XF Codec is used in the Canon XF-105 High Definition Camcorder, which is a file-based MPEG-2 compression with an MXF File Wrapper. It makes sure that this versatile camcorder supports existing industry infrastructure, metadata and non-linear editing (NLE) systems.
