The first stable, ready-to-use photographic rapid fixing agent, NH-5 is available with or without hardener. NH-5 with Hardener is a two component fixer. Part A contains the fixing agent and other components. Part B contains the hardening agent. The photographer who wishes to regulate the hardener himself should use NH-5 with hardener. NH-5 Without Hardener is the most economical choice. One gallon of NH-5 at film dilution will process on an average, 100 - 8 x 10 films or plates or approximately 100 - 120 rolls of film. One gallon at print dilution will process approximately 100 - 8x 10 prints.
