We are not able to repair your equipment in store, but we can take in equipment needing repair and send it off to the appropriate company to be assessed and repaired where possible. Times for the return of equipment are approximate.

That’s why it’s important to have your sensor checked and cleaned on a regular basis. And as with any specialized technical equipment, it’s a job that takes a trained technician to do it properly.

Calumet is proud to introduce our sensor-cleaning service available at retail stores across the country*. Our trained technicians perform this vital service using state-of-the-art technology in a specially designed dust-free chamber. Before cleaning the sensor, each camera body is thoroughly cleaned, including the LCD screen, eyepiece, lens mount and internal sensor chamber. Then we’ll log it in our files so customers with multiple bodies can track when each camera was serviced.
