How do I register?
On each event page, there is a "Register" button that will link you to a secure page where you are prompted to complete a registration form and provide credit card information. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Can I show up the day of the event?
We strongly suggest registering in advance to guarantee a seat for the seminar. Many of our workshops have a limited number of spots available to ensure the best learning experience for our attendees. However, if our website shows that there are seats available, please join us at least 15 minutes prior to the event and we will accommodate you.
What is your cancellation policy?
For the majority of our seminars, you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours before the start date of your seminar. Workshops valued over $100 require a one-week notice to receive a full refund. Details will be outlined on the event's Fee page.
To modify your registration, please refer to your confirmation email that will guide you through the process. You will receive your refund in the same manner as you paid.
On rare occasions, we may cancel a seminar due to low enrollment or an unforeseen conflict with our speaker. We will provide a full refund and try our best to contact you in advance.
What if I need more information about a particular class?
Please call the store where the class is being held and a sales associate will be happy to answer your questions.
What do I need to bring?
Please come with your confirmation form, questions, a notebook and pen. Additional information on what to bring (camera, laptop, etc.) is included in the course description.
Why do you need my email address?
Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation by email that you will need to present the day of the seminar. We will also use your address to alert you if we need to cancel the class.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Students receive a 50% discount off all of our seminars valued at $50 and under. To register, please visit or call your local Calumet store and present your current student ID the day of the event.
Do you have parking?
With the exception of our New York City store, all of our Calumet retail locations offer free, convenient parking.
