Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Any purchase made in-store, online or via our call center (1-800-CALUMET) will be gladly refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the exception of special orders, opened computer software and opened prerecorded media. For your protection, film, lamps, paper, inks and chemicals may not be returned. Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and the blank warranty cards. Also, please include the original receipt with the product. Any items not meeting these requirements will be subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.
How to Return an Item to CalumetPhoto.com
- Call 1-800-CALUMET within 14 days of the invoice date to receive a Return Authorization. If the return is a result of our error we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Ship the items back to us within seven days of receiving your Return Authorization. Please remember that returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a full refund. This means the warranty card must be blank, all parts and instructions are present, the item is unused, any accompanying software is unopened, and the item has all the original packaging.
