The Credit and Collections Manager is responsible for maintaining and implementing collection strategies and resolving customer account issues. Minimize fraud, bad debt write off and maximize asset returns through sound Credit and Collection fundamentals.

Principal Core Responsibilities:

• Establishing, eliminating, revoking and refusing credit privileges, including the investigation of new customers
• Collect receivables on a timely basis
• Prevent credit card fraud and internet exchanges
• Professionally interact with Sales Team and Management to resolve customer account issues and understanding of credit procedures
• Communicate urgency of payment to customers while maintaining respectful and professional levels of communication
• Manage 5 plus employees, which include coaching, counseling and performance evaluations
• Follow all policies and procedures of the Company in the course of assigned duties while conducting yourself in an ethical way

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in Credit and Collections including managing a staff of employees
• Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong Interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent PC skills required in both Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good computer skills
• Proven sales track record

• Video experience a plus

Operation and understanding of all rental equipment, checking rental equipment in and out of the rental department, must be able to educate customers on proper rental equipment operations. Work on the retail sales floor, assisting customers, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• Must have knowledge in traditional & digital photography
• Must have experience with rental equipment and procedures (cameras, lighting, and grip)
• At least 2-3 years experience required
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multi task and good computer skills
