Calculate Your Delivery Charges Online!
Did you know the Calumet Photographic website can calculate your delivery costs online? Just proceed to checkout to see the delivery charges for the items currently in your shopping cart. Our site calculates actual delivery fees based on destination, so you need to be logged-in for us to generate the freight amount. Note: These are the fees that are charged for orders placed online; delivery for phone orders may differ slightly in some cases.
If requested, we provide real-time delivery quotes for worldwide orders via United Parcel Service (our default delivery service), Federal Express, United States Postal Service and Roadway Express (for truck delivery orders). We can also provide quotes to deliver small items internationally via Global Mail Express. To do so, please check "Other - have a sales rep contact me" when choosing your delivery method and ask for this service in the Order Notes, located below Payment Information, during checkout.

Same-Day Service
We aim to impress you with our fast and accurate service. If your Web, phone, fax or mail order is received by 4 p.m. C.T. and is in stock, we will make sure delivery starts that same day! And, if you request any type of express delivery service through UPS or FedEx, you receive same-day service, right up until 5:30 p.m. Same-day guarantee applies to UPS and FedEx deliveries only and does not include orders received during weekend or holiday hours.

Standard Delivery
Our default delivery service is UPS Surface, Chicago, Illinois. See the chart at right for approximate delivery times in the United States. Send an e-mail to our sales team if you have questions about delivery outside of the United States.

Delivery & Insurance Charges
All orders will be billed actual delivery charges, including those not deliverable by UPS Surface (to such addresses as APO, FPO and P.O. Box) and orders containing items subject to delivery restrictions. Items too large for UPS Surface delivery are delivered by truck, Freight Collect, within 24 hours of ordering. Please ask our Technical Sales Representative for an estimate of your delivery charges. Because we want to protect you and your order, every delivery is insured with the delivery carrier. Insurance for the first $100 is free, and then 40¢ for each $100 thereafter. Some non-US destinations require a minor export documentation fee.
Please note: Orders delivered across international borders may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees upon its arrival. Payment of these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Calumet cannot estimate or control those charges.

Next-Day Delivery
Need your equipment tomorrow? Simply select one of our expedited delivery options during checkout, and we'll take care of it. Remember, orders submitted after 4 p.m. on business days and orders submitted on weekends and holidays are delivered on the next business day. The orders are subject to in-stock availability and credit verification. Some restrictions apply, such as for oversized and hazardous items. Indicate in the Order Notes during checkout if you have any special concerns or questions about your delivery. We will contact you promptly.
