Modify or Cancel an Order

If you need to modify, add to or cancel an order you just submitted, you can send an email to orders@calumetphoto.com or call 800.CALUMET (225.8638).

Be sure to have your web order number (contained in your order confirmation email) or customer number ready to help us quickly locate your order. Orders that have invoiced and shipped cannot be altered.
